If a payment fails

Fusova doesn't cut you off on the first hiccup. Here's exactly what you'd see if a charge ever failed — shown as an illustrative example:

Payment failed — update your card to keep Fusova running. We'll automatically retry your $49.95 charge a few times over the next ~2 weeks (Stripe Smart Retries) and email you. Your service keeps running during this grace window; if the card still can't be charged after that, we pause the service until you update it — nothing is lost.

Grace window and retry schedule are configurable; the default is up to three retries over about two weeks before the service is held (not deleted).

Manage subscription

Month-to-month — no contract. Pause keeps your setup but stops billing; cancel stops billing at the end of the current period, so you keep what you've already paid for.

Need a refund? Reach us and we'll sort it — refunds go back to the card on file via Stripe.

Tenant ("Carillo Mechanical"), card (Visa •••• 4242), names, dates, and amounts beyond the locked $49.95 / $149.95 plan prices are illustrative — not a real account. Fusova bills through Stripe; the per-charge processing fee and any sales tax are handled by Stripe at billing time. See the process flow in fusova_payments_subscription_flow.md.
