Missed-Call Recovery & Triage

Active

When a call goes unanswered, Fusova texts the caller one friendly "we got your call" right away, then sorts what they say and drafts the real reply for you. The only message that ever sends on its own is that first ack — it never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that actually answers your customer waits for your one-tap approval. The only message that ever sends on its own is the friendly "we got your call." It never quotes a price or books a job. Anything that actually answers your customer or commits your business is drafted and held for you — Send, Edit, Discard, or Pause any draft. Fusova never answers the phone or speaks to a caller; it works off the missed call and replies by text.

What it does

The flow, step by step — Fusova watches the call you didn't answer and never picks up the line:

  1. 1
    A call goes unanswered

Busy line, after-hours, or all hands full.

  2. 2
    Instant acknowledgment

The moment the call is missed, Fusova texts the caller one fixed, friendly holding message:

"Hi, thanks for calling Carillo Mechanical — sorry we missed you! What can we help with? Text us here and we'll be right back with you."

You approve this exact wording once, at setup — it's identical every time and commits nothing (no price, no booking). This is the only message that ever sends on its own.

  3. 3
    The caller replies → triage

When they text back — or if they left a voicemail, Fusova transcribes it in-house with Whisper (no third-party service, no per-minute cost) — Fusova reads what they actually said and sorts the intent:

    Booking Quote Question Emergency

A real emergency is surfaced to you first. Triage reads what they said — it never replies to the caller on its own.

  4. 4
    The substantive reply is drafted

The booking offer, the quote next-step, or the answer — in your voice, using your hours, services, and rough prices, with a guard so it never promises anything you didn't authorize. Nothing substantive has gone out yet.

  5. 5
    Your one-tap approval

The draft comes to you with Send · Edit · Discard · Pause. Only on Send does the caller get the substantive text. Reply PAUSE to halt a thread, or MINE to take a conversation over yourself.

When Calendar is connected, a booking reply can also offer an open slot in the draft — still held for your Send.

Configuration

A fixed set of settings — fill them in, no prompt-writing. Fusova drafts from what you enter here; it never invents details you didn't provide.

This is how Fusova signs the reply to the caller. (Sample value — illustrative.)
Prefilled from your business profile. Drives in-hours vs. after-hours reply wording. Edit in Settings
Used to draft, never to invent a quote. Fusova only references prices you enter here — it will never make up a number. Leave blank and it won't quote at all.
Booking turns on once Calendar is connected. Fusova re-checks the slot is free right before it goes into a draft.
Pick how much Fusova does on its own. The default sends only the fixed acknowledgment automatically and holds every substantive answer for your one-tap Send.
What counts as a real danger worth flagging first. Urgency words alone ("ASAP", "right now") don't escalate — there has to be a genuine danger signal.
During quiet hours, drafts still queue for you — nothing is sent. You can also Pause any single thread at approval time.
